CAT Block Turnaround - Multi-Unit Turnaround Operations PCLA, ICN/SHU, SRLA-100, 4-LEU
ExxonMobil Corporation / Baton Rouge, LA
We provided 257 confined space attendants/fire watch/bottle watch personnel, bus drivers, and project safety supervisors for this project. Our responsibility was complete turnkey management of the operations, including supervision and providing equipment. During the project, we were given increased scope at the SRLA and an emergency job at the chemical plant requiring more personnel and resources during the turnaround.
We successfully managed another major project in McPherson, KS simultaneously, plus an average of 22 smaller jobs around the United States during these two large events.
Plant Wide Turnaround - Including Permit Operations
Lion Oil / El Dorado, AR
We provided and supervised 170 confined space attendants/fire watch/bottle watch personnel, and permit writers—plus equipment—to provide turnkey management of these operations for the client. The original scope called for 70 total attendants. One week prior to the project start, the client doubled the resources requested. We successfully managed the change, and the entire project, in extreme weather conditions with less than 4% absenteeism.
Plant-Wide Turnaround
Delek Refining / Tyler, TX Refinery
During this plant-wide turnaround, we provided 20 project safety supervisors to conduct gas testing and issue permits for hotwork and confined space activities. In addition, we provided medical personnel to manage the minor medical needs of our client’s contractors.
