July 12, 2017 – JCL Safety Services has been selected to provide expertise for the Capital Projects group of Andeavor Refining as part of their LARIC project. This project is approximately two years in duration. Additionally, JCL Safety Services has been selected to provide supplemental safety support for the Carson refineries’ January 2018 turnaround.
